The mysterious victim of a lab explosion, Jobe (Matt Frewer - Desperation, Riding the bullet), is rescued and now wants revenge. Dr. Benjamin Trace (Patrick Bergin - Gallowwalkers) is trying to defend against misuse of his discovery virtual reality with the help of the young hacker. Unique chip, however, gets into the hands of the enemy, who seeks to obtain control over the world.
