Sleepaway Camp IV: The Survivor is the fourth entry in the Sleepaway Camp slasher series. The film remained incomplete for many years as it shut down during production in 1992, however it was completed in 2012 by mixing the original footage with archive footage from the previous three films, and was given its own DVD release. In 2014 it was re-released on a limited edition VHS.
