In New York a mass-murderer who his victims carves from the body of the heart. The police is helpless and the council with a case he doesn't know psychologist Elen, which for the FBI creates the profiles of the wanted criminals. The whole case for her, however, becomes much more personal when it is one night attacked by a man who might just be a wanted killer. Elena is removed from the case and returns home to Rome. Even here, however, is unable to forget the name, that her attacker whispered in my ear. This name was Eleanor.
