Roger Cobb (William Katt - Carrie [1976], the Evil pet [1996]) is negotiating with the traders of the company on the sale of the house, his brother with his wife and daughter disagree. Roger on the way back from the negotiations for the sale of dies in a mysterious auto accident and his family moves into an old home. The house gradually comes to life and its inhabitants are experiencing bizarre and terrifying events.
