Based on a Korean legend. Unknown creatures return and devastate our planet. Reporter Ethan Kendrick (Jason Behr) is called in to investigate the matter. Considers that a disabled girl named Sarah (Amanda Brooks) can help him. Unknown creature in the meantime making its way to Los Angeles. The whole city is flooded by the army, and arming to fight the creatures. Can Ethan and Sarah in time to save the people of Los Angeles?
