Alicia (Juno Temple) is together with her cousin Sarah (Emily Browning ghost Ship, the Uninvited) and her friends embarks on a vacation far away from home to South America. When does Sarah suddenly go, Alicia finds herself on a remote island just in the company of Barbara (Catalina Sandino Moreno) and Brink (Michael Cera), an american student sadistickými tendencies.
