In the heart of Hollywood is the Lusman. It used to be the favorite place of the rich and famous, but the facade is already chipped, luxury carpets the highway. To the hotel just moved in Nell (Angela Bettis - May [2002]) with her husband Steven (Brent Roam). Soon she makes friends with Julia (Juliet Landau), which, however, all of a sudden disappear... Nell suspects that something terrible has happened. A house full of symbols hides a scary secret.
