Mist, The

Director and screenwriter Frank Darabont, known especially for film processing novels of Stephen King's the Shawshank Redemption and the Green mile to the viewers now introduce the further processing of the short story the Master of horror movies. Artist David Drayton (Thomas Jane) together with his son Billy (Nathan Gamble) and the unpleasant neighbor Norton (Andre Braugher) in the morning after an unusually strong storm shall be issued to a nearby town to buy supplies. Shortly after their arrival supermarket surround the dense and mysterious fog, which, apparently, hides something deadly and scary... Even greater evil but is hiding in the souls of ordinary people who are brought face to face a desperate situation. The horror is slowly but surely coming to the surface.
