Two years ago conquered the fantasy horror Night watch, the first episode of the fantasy duologie director Timur Bekmambetova the entire film world. Thousands of fans liked the interconnection of modern sci-fi, fantasy and eastern mythologies. Day watch continues in telling the story about the duel, the Bright and Dark sides, which takes place in contemporary Russia, but basically even across the whole history of the civilized world.
Anton gets into a complicated situation. Though himself a member of the Night's watch, his son Yegor is on the Dark side. Anton trying to keep my son despite his excesses and sweeps the traces of them even from her own people. On the contrary, the Dark side of patiently waiting till Yegor after the birthday wakes up to monstrous strength. Peace between the two sides is too fragile to failed to disrupt the slightest mistake, which is the main heroes in the turmoil of the commits. When Moscow is almost razed to the ground, the Chalk of fate, a sacred object, which can Anton afford to go back in time and kill your own child. The way back however, will not be easy.
The Film was in Russian cinemas listed in January 2006 and within a few days the became commercially the most successful domestic title of all time. Compared to the first part, the film was made with a far bigger budget, which is most noticeable in action scenes, historical reminiscencích and tricks. Viewers see not only a fascinating historical battles, but also wild car chase ending in the wall of one of moscow's modern buildings. The Film, whose breathtaking pace of the outside world presented this year at several key film festivals is coming to Czech theaters exactly two years after the success of the Night's watch, which has seen over sixty thousand spectators.
