Naked Lunch

The central character William Lee (which was the writer's pseudonym) works as an exterminator of insects and still deeper he sinks into drug addiction, so it ceases to distinguish reality from fantasy, in which typewriters acquire the form-speaking of beetles, and he himself becomes the protagonist of a kind of spy story.
