The not very successful new york detective Fred Williams (Jack Hedley) was entrusted with investigating a series of murders of young girls. The killer leaves strange tracks, and about his mental derangement is not in doubt. Fred teams up with the psychoanalyst, in order to obtain a profile of the killer, who, imitating the voice of Donald Duck, and find out what is the motive for his horrific actions.
