The third installment of the atomic gymnázie continues where it ended the second part. A giant mutant squirrel has destroyed the power plant and Roger Smith (Brick Bronsky) saved the world. Roger is born twins, Adlai and Dick, Dick is kidnapped from the hospital criminals and became very evil while Adlai is raised in the spirit of goodness. Evil Dr. Slag, PhD (John Tallman) is trying again to transform Tromaville in the toxic wasteland. Defeats Adlai fiendish plot and save Tromaville from destruction?
