Similarly as in the Madness of a wicker basket and here is the hero of the young man, who before the world hides a hideous monster. In this case, the obludku, which its shape resembles the human excrement, and which bears the name of Aylmer. A monster and a young man named Brian (Rick Hearst - Warlock 3 [1999]) live together in a mutually beneficial parazitickém relationship – Aylmer injects Brian's brain, the hallucinogenic drug and Brian on the contrary caters to the beast its food, which are human brains. While the Madness of the wicker basket is today the most famous Henenlotterův slide, stroke presents in his filmography, more hidden, but even brighter gem. Speaking of fecal monster Aylmer (implemented as a mechanical mannequin), which can be understood as a symbol of narkománie, penis and the hero's unconscious mind, is the main star of the film. The image contains a number of grotesque scenes, of which the highlight is undoubtedly the passage in which Aylmer slips from the hero's codpiece right across the face of a prostitute prepared to provide a Brian oral sex, enfolded into her mouth and sucks out her brain. Stroke was the horror fans discovered until after it was distributed on video. The aforementioned "felační" scene was when putting in theaters and on video in the U.S. excised and the audience could see for the first time when the first DVD release in 1999. The iconic position of the work evidenced by the fact that Bob Martin from the magazine Fangoria wrote under the picture of the same name novel.
