Detective Lucas McCarthy (Lance Henriksen - Alien 3 [1992], a spider Web of horror [2007]) finally catches the serial killer "Meat Cleaver Max" (Brion James) and watches his execution in the electric chair, which, although not completely according to plan, but eventually will lead. Max, however, has a deal with the devil to return from the realm of the dead, and should finish what he started.
