Teenage Ava, her younger sister Cicely (Sloane Coe) with a friend Blaisem (Dave Randolph-Mayhem Davis) saw the shark spirit and his spree. However, the authorities believe their story and so are left to fend for ourselves. Lighthouse keeper Finch (Richard Moll - Spiders 2 [2001]) finds that the ghost shark can only hunt where there is water and the revelation of his birth and the manner of his defeat may help the dark past of the city.
