Basket Case 3: The Progeny is a 1991 American comedy horror film written and directed by Frank Henenlotter. It is the third and final installment of the Basket Case series, which was released on DVD by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment in 2004. Synapse Films released a new DVD on October 9, 2012.
