Human Centipede (First Sequence), The

Two American girls embark on a journey around Europe. Somewhere in Germany in the night the car breaks down. In search of help stumbles upon an abandoned mansion where they decide to spend the night. The second day wakes up, and with horror find that they are trapped in a makeshift underground hospital. Behind all this is the old German surgeon, who previously specialized in surgery separating the conjoined twins. His twisted fantasy lies in the fact that both of the girls intends to together with the other imprisoned join in one big human centipede.
