George A. Romero enriched the genre of zombie horror on the plane of social criticism. Andrew Currie paid homage to the American melodramas of the 1950s and created a black "zomedia" that is as poignant as it is mercilessly critical of the political climate in the US after the 11th century. September. The title character is one of the crowds of zombies who deliver newspapers or carry children across the street in the idyllic town of Willard. It is written in a slightly different 1950s than we know: radiation brought the dead back from their graves, but the zomcon Corporation found a way to make them obey. Zombies are part of every household now, so the Robinsons will get one. Their lonely son Timmy makes friends with Fido beyond normal relationships, because zombies are only human after all, and they can have feelings. But in a tight-knit society that divides the world into that "outside" and "inside", such an attitude will sooner or later cause big problems. Our story takes place in the small town of Willard, a place where everyone knows everyone and no one locks the door, because thieves are simply not here. And everyone except Timmy Robinson (kesun Loder / K'sun ray) is happy. Timmy is a lonely quiet boy locked in his room all the time. One day, his mom (Carrie-Anne Moss - return to Silent Hill 3D [2012]) buys an undead domestic helper (Billy Connolly), but Timmy is fundamentally against it, because he does not trust zombies. However, when the dead man wants to play with him and save him from the local thugs, he begins to consider him a friend and names him Fido. But Fido's broken collar is a big problem, and all the more so when the neighbors start dying.
