Descendant, The

John Strauss, a young descendant of the aristocratic family Van Daamů, suffers from an unusual form of leukemia. It seems that John's illness is the same, as were the hereditary diseases that affect the highest nobles. Together with his wife Kathleen will therefore be issued to the island, where he was born. He wants to find out who his parents were and why he has such trouble. At the same time would like to find relatives who would be able to help. On the island however appear scary monsters, which during decades was in labor only from incest relations between relatives. The shadows and the safety of the underground leaving only when hunger or the desire for blood will exceed a critical threshold and overwhelms instinct of self-preservation. That's when they come out of the underground tunnels and killing. One day, however, their paths cross with Straussovými.
