Shinkaijû Reigô

For 2. world war is the pride of the japanese navy, the battleship Yamato, along with the other ships of the combined fleet, sailing the Southern sea near the Fat islands. Lieutenant Kaido is one of the officers serving on the Yamata in the front line of the naval battles, while his beloved Chie expected his return in their hometown. They were lovers, but Kaido due to the uncertain future of never my love Chie didn't know any better and instead he joined the service of my country. Yet he always carries her picture in his breast pocket of his shirt. One day, the combined fleet sees something that is at first considered an enemy submarine and opened fire. The attack is successful, however, what sinks into the depths not far from the submarine, but a huge sea monster which later will bring disaster to the entire fleet.
