The priest Loomis (Donald Pleasence Halloween 1 [1978] Halloween 1 [1981] Halloween 5 [1989]) appear in the basement of an abandoned church in Los Angeles, the container containing a strange green liquid. Professor Birack (Victor Wong - the Son of King Kong [1933], Shake [1990]), asked to clarify this mystery, he finds out that the liquid is the essence of Satan himself, who is preparing to dominate the entire world.
